My mom gave me a Coghlan Commando Saw for Christmas. I didn’t have one, so the plan was for it to go straight into one of the bug out bags. The only question was…med bag or tool bag? I mean, it’s great for both. It even says so on the packaging. It will cut great through either bone or wood, although I wouldn’t recommend both, unless you’re in a pinch. No one likes wood splinters and sap residue in their open wounds.
How about you? Did you get any cool prepper gear for Christmas? I’m sure some of you did. My mom and dad really came through in this regard and bought me waterproof matches, a dry bag, and fire starting sticks, among other things.
