Who’s up for some free training on extreme weather for free?
Extreme weather patterns are obviously a potential cause for apocalyptic conditions worldwide. Heck, it already happens several times a year all over the world. I can attest to this personally. In my time with the government and because of where I live, I’ve been through more than a dozen weather events that could be classified as a local, temporary apocalyptic style event. New Orleans and Katrina ring a bell?
If you ever want to study or train for larger scale long term apocalyptic events, consider heading to one of these places as part of the relief effort right after it happens. People respond the same then as they will when it’s much bigger.
Until it happens, you might as well train from home. Here’s a free course from the National Environmental Education Foundation hosted at Udemy. It’s called Extreme Weather 101.

For a bonus, here’s a pic I took in New Orleans after the weather troubles there…
